Rear Admiral Jaswinder Singh is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. He had also served as Director of Bulk and Tanker businesses of SCI for 10 months till 04.05.2026 and as a Director on the Board of SCI Bharat IFSC Ltd, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of SCI till 23.02.2026.
