With reference to the captioned matter, we wish to clarify that the Company has, at all times, disclosed all
material information, events and developments having a bearing on the operations/performance of the
Company, including all price-sensitive information required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI
(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, within the stipulated timelines.
Also we would further like to apprise you that, as on date, there is no additional information, event or
announcement concerning the Company which, in our opinion, warrants disclosure to the Stock Exchange or
