Public Notice - Opening of special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities

Rishiroop Ltd has announced the opening of a special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities, as per SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026. The window is available from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027, for shareholders who had previously lodged requests for transfer of physical shares prior to April 1, 2019, but were rejected or returned due to deficiencies in documents or process.
