With reference to the captioned matter, we would like to clarify that all the material information, events, etc.,
that have a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company which include all price sensitive
information under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, have always been disclosed by the Company within the stipulated time period. Further, there is no
additional information or announcement by the Company at this point of time which in our opinion needs to
be disclosed/reported to the Stock Exchange which may have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour of
