wholly owned subsidiaries of Crizac Limited (India).
The first is Crizac Ltd (UK) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Crizac Limited (India), engaged in international educational
consultancy. Incorporated in 2017 in England wales, the company supports global student recruitment and related
services. It has an authorised share capital of GBP 100 and is fully held by the Indian parent. Financially, Crizac (UK) has
shown consistent operational activity over the past three fiscal years, with revenues primarily generated from education-
related services.
The second is Ucol Fze, incorporated on March 18, 2025, under the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority, UAE. Ucol
