In furtherance of above, this is to inform you that the Company has received a letter dated August 13, 2026, from the Economic Offence Wing, Navi Mumbai, Police Commissionerate, intimating that preliminary inquiry has been conducted and upon completion of the preliminary inquiry, the matter in the complaint appears to be of a civil nature and the Company may seek redressal from the concerned department. The Company is in process of obtaining legal opinion on this matter for evaluating and deciding next course of action in this regard. You are requested to take the same on record. Thanking you.
