The business operations of the Company remain unaffected and continue as usual. The Income Tax Proceeding is presently ongoing and once such proceeding by Income Tax Officer concludes, the Company will intimate the Exchanges of any material developments in this regard in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
