The XML file was successfully uploaded on both BSE and NSE portals within the stipulated time period. Further, the Company attempted to upload the PDF file on both portals. The same was successfully uploaded on the NEAPS portal; however, due to technical glitches, it could not be uploaded on the BSE portal. We were under the impression that the intimation had been successfully uploaded on both portals; the Company then subsequently noticed that the intimation had not been uploaded on the BSE portal. Immediate action was taken to reach out to the Exchange, but the Company was unable to connect telephonically and through email. Today, it was clarified by the Exchange that the document had to be freshly submitted as it was being filed for the first time. Accordingly, the Company is immediately submitting the same. The delay was purely inadvertent and unintentional. Below is the intimation submitted by the company as on 6 August, 2026 on the NEAPS portal.
