Appointment of Mr. Harigovind Krishnasamy, as Chief Financial Officer (Designate), with immediate effect, who shall form part of Senior Management of the Company. Mr. Harigovind Krishnasamy will be assuming office of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. October 1, 2026. His expertise spans financial controllership, business finance, treasury, project finance, taxation, corporate compliance, governance and strategic finance. Hari has served as Chief Financial Officer of Matrimony.com Limited and Indiavidual Learning Limited - Embibe, the edtech business within the Reliance Jio group. At Matrimony.com Limited, he led several cost saving initiatives and a high impact revenue enhancement project as well. At Embibe, he helped scale the organisation and strengthen its finance and support infrastructure. Across his earlier roles, he led several complex initiatives, including US GAAP conversion, SOX compliance and significant debt refinancing activities. His experience includes multi- entity consolidation involving more than 100 subsidiaries, listed-company compliance and governance, financial controls, treasury management, business partnering and finance and business transformation. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at Vedanta, Den Networks and Jio Platforms, building extensive experience across complex, high-growth and multinational business environments. Hari is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having qualified in 2004. He holds a B.
