The Extra Ordinary General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. (IST). The Notice of EOGM was circulated to all the Sharcholders of the Company in due compliance with the provisions the Act and Listing Regulations.
