As per the document presently provided by IDBI Bank, an alleged corporate guarantee of ₹58 lakhs (Rupees Fifty-Eight Lakhs) was stated to have been issued in 1986. The matter therefore relates to a historical transaction dating back nearly four decades. The Company disputes the alleged claim and has neither admitted nor acknowledged any liability in relation thereto. The Company has already taken appropriate legal steps and is pursuing all available legal remedies in respect of the alleged claim and the consequent recovery proceedings before the appropriate authorities. Based on the facts presently available to the Company and the legal position being pursued, the Management does not expect the matter to have any material financial impact on the Company or its ongoing business operations.
