Further, the Company has engaged the services of MUFG intime India Private Limited as the Authorized Agency to provide e-Voting facilities to its members in respect of the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting. The e-voting period will commence at 9.00 A.M. (IST) on Monday, 7th September, 2026 and will end at 5.00 P.M. (IST) on Wednesday, 9th September, 2026.
