Considered and recommended payment of Final Dividend of Re. 0.50 (Rupee Fifty Paise Only) per Equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each, i.e. 5% per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 1,24,31,111 (Rupees One Crore Twenty- Four Lakhs Thirty-One Thousand One Hundred and Eleven) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. 2. Considered and approved Tuesday, September 22, 2026, as the Record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. 3. Considered and approved closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 23, 2026 to September 29, 2026 (both days inclusive). 4. Approved convening of 17th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual means (“VC/ OAVM”).
