Ltd. (“EPTL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. In that regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has on July 3, 2026, invested a further amount of 4,95,00,000 Thai Baht (equivalent to Rs. 144.54 Million) in EPTL (subject to applicable charges, if any and applicable foreign exchange rates), after obtaining necessary approvals in terms of the provisions of applicable laws in India and Thailand.
