Date: 18/08/2026 The Department of Corporate Services, Bombay Stock Exchange Limited Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400001 Script Code: 539469; Script ID: PANORAMA Subject: Update under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in relation to earlier disclosure of Cybersecurity Incident at Third-Party Service Provide Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to our earlier disclosure dated 07 May 2026 made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the cybersecurity incident at the third-party service provider engaged by the Company for hosting and managing its official email systems and website, we wish to provide the following update: As previously intimated, the said cybersecurity incident had resulted in disruption of the Company’s email communication services and temporary unavailability of its website. The Company had also informed that the compromised server environment was no longer considered secure or trustworthy and that, due to the nature and extent of the cyberattack, certain data may only be partially recoverable or may not be recoverable at all. Pursuant to the further assessment carried out by the Company in coordination with the concerned third-party service provider, it has now been ascertained that the data hosted on the affected server environment is not recoverable. Accordingly, as a precautionary measure and with a view to ensuring continuity of operations and better, secure and reliable communication with stakeholders, the Company has undertaken / is undertaking the following steps: 1. Activation of an additional official email ID for communication purposes. The Company’s existing / old email ID shall continue to remain active and operational for certain period. The newly activated email ID is being used in addition to the existing email ID to facilitate better and uninterrupted communication with stakeholders. 2. Launch of a new website of the Company The Company is undertaking the launch of the new website as a precautionary and business continuity measure, considering that the data relating to the earlier website hosted on the affected server environment is not recoverable. The details of the additional official email ID and the proposed new website are as under:  Additional Email ID: info@panoramastudios.in  New Website: panoramastudios.in The Company is undertaking the launch of its new website as a precautionary and business continuity measure, considering that the data relating to the earlier website hosted on the affected server environment is not recoverable. The new website has been updated and is ready for launch, and the Company is in the process of updating/launching the same on the BSE website, as applicable, in accordance with the applicable requirements. The Company is also in the process of updating its new website address and new official email ID across other relevant statutory, regulatory and business platforms, including MCA/ROC records and other applicable records and platforms, wherever required. The Company shall complete such updates on the respective platforms at the earliest. The Company is also in the process of updating its letterheads and other official communication materials to remove references to the earlier website address and incorporate the new website details. Further, the Company is in the process of updating its new official email ID across the relevant departments, statutory records, regulatory platforms, business communications and other applicable records. Until the new email ID is updated across all relevant departments and platforms, the existing/old email ID shall continue to remain operational for a transitional period to ensure continuity of communication and business operations. The above measures are being implemented as part of the Company’s precautionary, remedial and business continuity actions arising from the aforesaid cybersecurity incident.
