At the outset, we wish to state that there is no fine or penalty levied on the Company by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. The operative part of the order dated August 14, 2026 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in this regard is reproduced below: “For the reasons stated above, the appeal is dismissed with costs quantified at Rs.10 lakhs payable by the appellant-RIL to Supreme Court Advocates on Record Association. The amount shall be paid within a period of five weeks from today.” Accordingly, no disclosure was required to be filed by the Company under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
