In the said letter, the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for remote e voting was inadvertently mentioned as 14th September, 2026 instead of 15th September, 2026 due to a typographical error. We apologize for the error and request you to kindly take note of the revised cut-off date as September, 2026. Accordingly, members holding share either in physical or dematerialized form as on Tuesday, September, 2026 shall be entitled to vote electronically.
