Dr. Keshav Ruthia, vide letter dated August 3, 2026, tendered his resignation as Chief Procurement Officer of the Company to pursue an opportunity outside Laxmi in line with his personal aspirations. The Company has accepted his resignation, and he will be relieved from his duties on October 31, 2026. b. Mr. Salil Mukundan, vide an email dated August 18, 2026 tendered his resignation as Chief Technology Officer of the Company to pursue an opportunity outside Laxmi in line with his personal aspirations. The Company has accepted his resignation, and he will be relieved from his duties on October 31, 2026. As part of the Company’s ongoing organisational realignment, the responsibilities of the outgoing executives are being appropriately integrated within the existing leadership structure to strengthen ownership, accountability and execution effectiveness. Accordingly, the Company does not presently envisage like-for-like replacements for these roles at the senior leadership level. I would say the decision has been primarily for health reasons considering the size of Projects under evaluation in the present LOIL pipeline.
