Subject: FW: My Future Plan
Date: 18 August 2026 11:57:22
Dear Dr Rajan,
As discussed with you two weeks back I have been exploring opportunities elsewhere
wherein my physical engagement as part of my functional delivery is lesser than present. I
am evaluating few potential options which are most likely to fructify in the immediate future
and hence I have decided to move on. I would say the decision has been primarily for health
reasons considering the size of Projects under evaluation in the present LOIL pipeline.
As discussed with you I agree to be there till 31st October 2026 to ensure the transition of
various functions happen smoothly and nothing is missed. I will be there for any advise
required from me on the transition & future structure when the larger Projects pass the
approval stage.
Regards,
Salil Mukundan
