The transfer is completed with effect from August 18, 2026. b) Further, as mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice dated June 02, 2026, the consideration for the slump sale will be discharged by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures by MDSPL to the Company, based on the book value of assets and liabilities of the LSP business of the Company determined as on the appointed date i.e., August 18, 2026.
