Book Closure & Record Date: In terms of Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations & other applicable law, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed as per details mentioned hereunder for the purpose of payment of dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source after approval by the shareholders at the AGM: a) The Register of Members will remain closed from Wednesday, 12th August 2026 to Thursday, 13th August 2026 (both days inclusive) for the shareholders holding shares in physical form. b) The Company has fixed as Thursday, 13th August 2026 the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members, holding shares in physical as well as demat form, for payment of dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2026.
