They had alleged that they have filed a complaint with Assistant Commissioner of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate on 03 February 2026. In our intimation dated above, we have strongly denied all allegations made by 3i Infotech Limited and have indicated that in our opinion these allegations are without merit, besides being barred by limitation and the Company intends to contest this matter through appropriate legal recourse. Based on the above complaint by 3i Infotech Limited, the Economic Offence Wing, Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate made inquiry and sought several clarifications and evidences. Our lawyers have intimated us today that based on the preliminary inquiry, Economic Offence Wing, Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate has filed and closed the complaint with the comment that the matter raised in the complaint is not criminal in nature and could be a civil dispute that can be raised with appropriate authorities.
