In continuation to our earlier letter dated 14th August 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Annual Report of Mukka Proteins Limited (“Company”) for the financial year 2025-26 and the Notice of 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The 16th AGM of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 10th day of September 2026 at 3:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio- Visual Means (“OAVM”). The Notice of the 16th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 are also available on the Company's website at https://mukkaproteins.com/annual-report/ and are being sent by email to all the eligible Members, whose email IDs are registered with the Company/Depositories. The Company has provided the e-voting facility to its members to exercise their right to vote on the resolutions proposed to be passed at the 16th AGM. The cut-off date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of 16th AGM is Thursday, 3rd September 2026. The remote e-voting period begins on Monday, 7th September 2026 at 9:00 A.M. and ends on Wednesday, 9th September 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The e-voting facility will also be available during the 16th AGM. Members attending the 16th AGM through VC/ OAVM facility who could not cast their vote by remote e-voting will be able to vote during the 16th AGM.
