The 16th AGM of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 10th day of September 2026 at 3:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio- Visual Means (“OAVM”). The Notice of the 16th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 are also available on the Company's website at https://mukkaproteins.com/annual-report/ and are being sent by email to all the eligible Members, whose email IDs are registered with the Company/Depositories. The Company has provided the e-voting facility to its members to exercise their right to vote on the resolutions proposed to be passed at the 16th AGM. The cut-off date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of 16th AGM is Thursday, 3rd September 2026. The remote e-voting period begins on Monday, 7th September 2026 at 9:00 A.M. and ends on Wednesday, 9th September 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The e-voting facility will also be available during the 16th AGM. Members attending the 16th AGM through VC/ OAVM facility who could not cast their vote by remote e-voting will be able to vote during the 16th AGM.
