No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SJ/2026-2027/4125 regarding the significant movement in the price of the securities of Chatterbox Technologies Limited (“Company”) in the recent past. In this regard, we wish to submit that the Company has been consistently complying with all applicable disclosure requirements and has been regularly making necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchange in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We further submit that, based on the information available with the Company as on date, there is no specific event, development or information attributable to the Company that, in the opinion of the Company, would explain or warrant the recent movement in the market price of its securities. The movement in the share price appears to be market-driven and may be attributable to various market factors and investor sentiment, which are beyond the control of the Company. We further confirm that, as on date, there is no material information or price-sensitive information relating to the Company that remains undisclosed to the Stock Exchange and which may have a bearing on the recent price movement of the securities of the Company.
