Means (OAVM). The AGM will be held without the physical presence of the Shareholders at a
common venue.
Further, in accordance with the MCA Circulars and said SEBI Circular, the Notice of the AGM along
with the Annual Report has been sent only by electronic mode on August., 2026 to those

requirement of sending physical copy of the Notices of the 6O~ AGM and Annual Report to the

Transpek Industry Limited (referred to as ‘Transpek’ or ‘The Company’)
manufactures specialty chemicals built on chlorine and sulphur chemistries,
with a manufacturing legacy spanning six decades. Headquartered in Vadodara,
Gujarat, the Company has developed deep expertise in these chemistries,
supported by indigenously developed manufacturing processes, specialised
reaction capabilities and in-house R&D.
Its portfolio includes Thionyl Chloride, Acid Chlorides and Alkyl Chlorides, which serve industrial applications across domestic
