At Delta Corp, responsible and ethical business conduct remains integral to our operations. As India’s only listed casino gaming company, we acknowledge our responsibility to operate in a manner that balances business growth with environmental and social considerations. During the FY 2025-26, we continued to strengthen our understanding and management of environmental impacts across our operations. Our sustainability governance framework evolved further through the formalization of internal roles, responsibilities, and review mechanisms, enabling a more structured and accountable approach to decision-making. We also maintained a strong focus on monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational initiatives, particularly in relation to waste management and resource utilization.
