STATEMENT FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dear Stakeholders,
It gives me great pleasure to present Delta Corp Limited (“the Company or Delta Corp”) Business Responsibility and
Sustainability Report (BRSR) for FY 2025-26. This report reflects our continued commitment to transparently communicating
our approach to responsible business practices and sustainability performance.
At Delta Corp, responsible and ethical business conduct remains integral to our operations. As India’s only listed

environmental and social considerations.
During the FY 2025-26, we continued to strengthen our understanding and management of environmental impacts across
our operations. Our sustainability governance framework evolved further through the formalization of internal roles,
responsibilities, and review mechanisms, enabling a more structured and accountable approach to decision-making. We
