Ceigall India Strengthens Presence in Northeast with ₹2,149.62-Crore MoRTH Contracts
● CIL - SIML JV receives four Letters of Acceptance from the Ministry of Road Transport &
Highways for road construction packages on NH-913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh
● Projects to be executed on EPC mode across multiple sections with construction periods
ranging from 36 to 48 months
New Delhi, August 18, 2026: Ceigall India Limited (CIL), through its joint venture with Sushee Infra
Mining Limited (SIML), has received four Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Ministry of Road
Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for the construction of multiple road packages on NH-913 (Frontier
Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh. The four projects have an aggregate bid cost of ₹2,149.62 crore.
The CIL-SIML joint venture comprises Ceigall India Limited with a 74% stake and Sushee Infra Mining
Limited with a 26% stake. The contracts have been awarded on an Engineering, Procurement and
Construction (EPC) basis.
The four packages involve the construction and development of Intermediate Lane roads across key
sections of NH-913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh. The projects include:
● Construction of the road from km 0.000 to km 55.725 of the Huri–Taliha section, with a bid
cost of ₹521 crore
● Construction of the road from km 0.000 to km 78.38 of the Sarli–Huri section, with a bid cost
of ₹611.10 crore
● Construction of the road from km 55.725 to km 113.25 of the Huri–Taliha section, with a bid
cost of ₹525 crore
● Construction of the road from km 160.75 to km 209.90 of the Huri–Taliha section, with a bid
cost of ₹492.52 crore
The first, second and fourth packages have a construction period of 36 months, while the third
package is scheduled for completion over 48 months. Each project also includes a five-year
maintenance period.
