In this regard, SEBI had issued summons to the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP") in May and June 2026, requiring the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”) to furnish certain information, records and data pertaining to the period prior to the commencement of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”). The Suspended Board of Directors and KMP have submitted part of the information sought and have sought extensions from SEBI on multiple occasions for furnishing the requisite information. As on date, the Suspended Board of Directors and KMP have once again submitted a request to SEBI seeking a further extension of 7 (seven) days to complete the submission of the remaining information and data. The Company will continue to keep the Stock Exchanges appropriately informed of any material developments in the matter, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law and the SEBI Listing Regulations.
