scheduled its 85th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 3.30 p.m.
(IST) through Video-Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with the relevant
circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) and Securities and Exchange
Board of India (“SEBI”).
In terms of the requirements of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Annual & ESG Report for the
Financial Year 2025-26, which is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose
e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent
(RTA)/Depository Participants (DPs) .
Further, a letter indicating the weblinks of the Annual & ESG Report and the Notice of the AGM
is being sent to the Members whose email addresses are not available with the Company/RTA/
DPs.
