Respected Sir/ Madam, This is to inform that Capital Investment Proposal of the Company aggregating to Rs. 1,020.65 Crores over next five years at company’s existing manufacturing facility at Rajkot has received an approval under the Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme (the “Scheme”) of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, New Delhi, (“Meity”). The said investment proposal is towards an expansion of installed capacity as well as backward integrated manufacturing facility for Electronic Devices used to build CNC Machines. Under the Scheme, the company would be eligible for capex incentive up to 25% on the Investments and the same would be subject to the stipulations made under the Scheme and Approval Letter issued by Meity today, i.e. August 17, 2026. The said letter of approval will be placed before the board of directors of the company at their meeting for consideration and necessary action, if any. Kindly take the same on your records.
