Seema Mishra, aged 45 years, holds an MPharma degree from NMIMS University, Mumbai. She is a social entrepreneur and MSME, handloom and CSR professional with expertise in women empowerment, entrepreneurship, skill development and social impact. She is Director of Aryawart Vision Foundation and founder of the Kaswarad Art Cluster, Madhya Pradesh’s first handloom cluster under the Ministry of MSME scheme, with 300+ registered weavers. She is also proprietor of Maheshwari Creations, promoting authentic Maheshwari handloom and market opportunities for weavers. She has trained 2,000+ rural women and handloom beneficiaries and served as a National Textile Consultant for a UN Skill Development Programme. A Ministry-certified ToT Trainer, she has extensive experience in MSME, enterprise and skill development, government programmes, CSR, market development and industry—academia engagement. Her initiatives include Project Siddhi on menstrual hygiene and anaemia awareness and Second Chance Notebooks promoting reuse of notebook pages for government school students.
