Project
Dear Sir/Madam,
We wish to inform you that KPI Green Energy Limited ("the Company") has energized further capacity
under its 370 MW AC / 677 MW DC Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project (IPP) at Bharuch, Gujarat,
comprising 130 MW AC / 195 MW DC Solar capacity.
With the energizing of the aforesaid capacity, the Company has cumulatively energized 269.7 MW AC /
389.7 MW DC capacity under the said Wind-Solar Hybrid IPP Project. This project is being developed by
the Company as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement
with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL).
The Company continues to steadily expand its Independent Power Producer (IPP) portfolio, as it
simultaneously scales its EPC business. The progressive energisation of capacity under long-term PPAs
further strengthens the Company's annuity-based, recurring revenue streams, enhancing earnings
visibility and creating sustained long-term value for its stakeholders.
