The Board further noted that, during the intervening period, certain of the existing proposed allottees have withdrawn their willingness to participate in the proposed preferential issue. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, including the change in the proposed participation by the identified allottees, the Company has decided not to proceed with the proposed preferential issue in its present form.
