Billeswar Sinha has informed that he is tendering his resignation with effect from 30.03.2026 at 5 PM onwards and has stated that he intends to contest in the upcoming West Bengal Legislative Assembly Election from the Barjora constituency, which may constrain his ability to function as an Independent Director of the Company. He has also confirmed that there is no material reason other than those mentioned above for his resignation. The Company intimated the stock exchange on the same day, ie. 02nd April, 2026, regarding the resignation of Shri. Billeswar Sinha, w.e.f. 30th March, 2026 from the close of business hours. The intimation vide Letter No. CS-RO-DIR-073 02nd April, 2026, covered all the details as per sub-para 7B of Para A of Part A Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (Annexure-I).
