In this regard, we hereby clarify that the Company has filed an Appeal before the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax (Appeals - IV), Mumbai, Maharashtra, challenging the Order received from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Investigation – B, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
