The Court, vide its interim order, has directed the Company’s subsidiary to pay Rs. 2,68,31,676 towards contractual rent and applicable GST for the period April 2020 to December 18, 2020, and to vacate and hand over peaceful possession of the entire suit property, including the parking spaces, within two months. The matter also involves a claim for mesne profits at the rate of ₹2,00,000 per day from December 19, 2020 until recovery of peaceful possession of the premises. 5. Impact on financial, operation or other The financial impact of the aforesaid activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in order is to the extent of the decreed monetary terms to the extent possible amount. Subsidiary is reviewing the Order and is filing an appeal challenging the order.
