The matter also involves a claim for mesne profits at the rate of ₹2,00,000 per day from December 19, 2020 until recovery of peaceful possession of the premises. 5. Impact on financial, operation or other The financial impact of the aforesaid activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in order is to the extent of the decreed monetary terms to the extent possible amount. Subsidiary is reviewing the Order and is filing an appeal challenging the order.
