West Bengal regarding legal dispute with the landlord, Flowers Valley Floriculture Private
Limited, concerning eviction from the leased premises and recovery of contractual rent and
mesne profits for its store situated at Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue (VIP Road), Jyangra, P.S. Rajarhat,
Kolkata–700059.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are enclosed herewith as Annexure for your reference.

possession of the entire suit property,
including the parking spaces, within
two months. The matter also involves a
claim for mesne profits at the rate of
₹2,00,000 per day from December 19,
2020 until recovery of peaceful
possession of the premises.

activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in order is to the extent of the decreed
monetary terms to the extent possible amount.
Subsidiary is reviewing the Order and is
filing an appeal challenging the order.
