The disinvestment has been completed by way of transfer of the equity shares held by the Company in the respective subsidiary companies to the identified purchasers and receipt of the corresponding consideration by the Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions mutually agreed between the parties. Upon completion of the aforesaid transfer of shareholding, Viviana Life Spaces Private Limited, in which the Company held 90% equity shareholding, and Aarsh Transformers Private Limited, in which the Company held 75% equity shareholding, have ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company, with effect from 15-Aug-2026. There has been no change in the details relating to the aforesaid disinvestment as disclosed in our earlier letter dated 04-Aug-2026. The above is submitted for your information and records.
