He holds an Executive MBA from FMS, University of Delhi, along with advanced HR and business management qualifications from XLRI and Symbiosis. He also holds Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Instrumentation from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra. In his most recent role as General Manager - HR at Blue Star Limited, he spent 14 years in progressively senior leadership positions, leading HR Digitalization, Business HR across multiple product divisions, and partnered closely with the Executive Director and Group CHRO. Prior to Blue Star, he headed HR & Administration at Usher Agro Limited, where he played a key role in greenfield projects and talent management.
