This is furtherance to our letters dated 29" July 2026 and 11" August 2026, wherein the
Company has informed that the 40" AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on
Tuesday, 8" September 2026, at 11:30 AM IST, through VC/OAVM facility.
In terms of the requirements of Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, please find enclosed following documents, for
the financial year 2025-26:
i) Notice of 40" Annual General Meeting;
iy Annual Report 2025-26;
iiiy Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report; and
iv) Letter to Shareholders, whose email addresses are not registered with the
Company/RTA/Depository Participants.
Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the
Company is sending a letter to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered
with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/Depository Participants, providing a
web-link from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company.
The soft copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 along with
Notice of 40" AGM is being sent on 17* August 2026, through email to all the Members
whose Email IDs are registered with the Company/Depository Participants/RTA.
The said Notice and Annual Report are also placed on the Company's website,
http://www.indoramaindia.com/annual_reports.php.
