In terms of the requirements of Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, please find enclosed following documents, for the financial year 2025-26: i) Notice of 40" Annual General Meeting; iy Annual Report 2025-26; iiiy Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report; and iv) Letter to Shareholders, whose email addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/Depository Participants. Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company is sending a letter to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/Depository Participants, providing a web-link from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company.
