BCCL was impleaded in the writ petition on the allegation that certain accused persons were erstwhile employees of the Company. The Company has been informed that the Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi, vide its order dated June 30, 2026, has disposed of W.P. (Cr.) No. 652 of 2022. No adverse direction has been passed against the Company. Accordingly, the litigation disclosed in the offer documents stands closed with the disposal of the writ petition.
