Accordingly, physical copy of the Notice along with Postal Ballot Form and pre-paid business reply envelope are not being sent to the Members for this Postal Ballot. The Company has also made arrangements for those Members who have not yet registered their email address to get the same registered by following the procedure prescribed in the Notice. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depositories Limited (‘NSDL’) to provide remote e-voting facility to its Members. The remote e-voting period will commence from Thursday, 23 rd July, 2026 at 09:00 AM (IST) and ends on Friday, 21 s t August, 2026 at 05:00 PM (IST) . The e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL thereafter. Voting rights of the Members shall be in proportion to the shares held by them in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on Cut-off Date.
