Suman Bala (DIN: 11894015) as an Independent (Non-official Part-Time) Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. date of registration to the Data Bank of Independent Directors maintained with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) i.e. 17th August, 2026. In compliance with Securities and Exchange Board India (“SEBI”) letter dated June 14, 2018 and circular LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 of BSE Limited (“BSE”) dated June 20, 2018 and circular NSE/CML/2018/24 of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) dated June 20, 2018 and as per the confirmation received from Smt. Suman Bala, this is to confirm that she has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. Suman Bala (DIN: 11894015) as an Independent (Non- official Part-Time) Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. date of registration to the Data Bank of Independent Directors maintained with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) i.e. 17th August, 2026. As per the Ministry of Railways Order no. 2026/PL/57/16 dated 13th August, 2026, she is appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a period of three (3) years with immediate effect or until further orders, whichever is earlier. 3. Brief profile (in case of appointment) Smt. Suman Bala, aged 50 years, is a Graduate in Commerce from the University of Delhi. She has served as the Mayor of the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, Government of Haryana, bringing extensive experience in urban local governance, public administration, public representation and institutional management. During her distinguished tenure as a Head of Department, she provided leadership in comprehensive urban administrative functions, overseeing complex machinery, public services, and large-scale public dealing. Her expertise encompasses strategic decision-making, independent oversight, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. With her robust background in civic leadership and public policy execution, she brings a strategic, practical, and well-rounded perspective to corporate governance, institutional oversight, and responsible leadership. 4.
