Accordingly, the requisite Percentage of Grand Total is being furnished pursuant to the observation raised by the Exchange. We further clarify that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company was duly held on 28 July 2026, wherein the resolution relating to the Preferential Issue was considered and approved by the Members.
