Existing capacity Total existing capacity is approximately 94,000 gravure cylinder per year at Rakanpur, Dist. Gandhinagar, Gujarat as of 17th August 2026. 2. Existing capacity utilization Capacity utilization of approximately 75,000 gravure cylinder per year. 3. Proposed capacity addition The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. 17th August 2026, has approved investment of around Rs. 5,71,00,000/- plus applicable taxes and related charges for the purchase of plant and machineries at Karnataka and additional Rs. 1,00,00,000/- for all kind of expenses and advances related to commencement of manufacturing facility, which at full utilisation can produce more than 18,000 gravure cylinder per year. 4. Period within which the proposed Manufacturing facility is expected to be capacity is to be added commenced during the FY 2026-27. 5. Investment required The Board of Directors has approved an investment of around Rs. 5,71,00,000/- plus applicable taxes and related charges for the purchase of plant and machineries at Karnataka and additional Rs. 1,00,00,000/- for all kind of expenses and advances related to commencement of manufacturing facility. 6.
