The Company has in pursuance of MCA circulars not sent the hard copy of Postal Ballot Notice along with Postal Ballot Forms and pre-paid business envelope to the shareholders for this Postal Ballot and only assent/dissent were required to be communicated through the remote e-voting system only by the shareholders, whose names appeared on the register of shareholders/list of beneficiaries by e-mails whose email ID were registered either with the depositories or with the Company, as on 23’'’ January, 2026. 2. As prescribed in the said Rules, the Company has also published an advertisement in Newspapers i.e. Financial Express (English) and Nawan Zamana (Punjabi) on 31" January, 2026 and it carried the required information as specified in the said Rules. 3.
