Prior to joining Campus Activewear Limited, he served as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Imagine Marketing Limited (boAt), where he worked closely with the founders, CEO, Board and leadership team and played a key role in driving the Company’s financial and strategic agenda. During his tenure, he contributed to profitable growth, improvement in EBITDA, strengthening of cash and working capital management, enhancement of governance and strengthening organization for its public market journey Earlier, Mr. Thakur held senior leadership positions at Hindustan Unilever Limited, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Samsung India and PepsiCo, where he gained extensive experience across P&L management of a listed entity, business finance, controllership, supply chain finance, governance, transformation and M&A/integration.
