Thus, the revised record date i.e. Wednesday, September 02, 2026 stands cancelled. Further, the intimation dated August 13, 2026 pertaining to the revision of record date for determining the entitlement of members to the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 is hereby withdrawn. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), the Record Date, for determining the entitlement of the members to the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, if declared by the members at the forthcoming AGM will remain Friday, August 14, 2026 (already informed vide our intimation dated August 04, 2026).
