Ashok Patel & Associates, who was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for term of five (5) consecutive years commencing from the Financial Year 2025-26 until 2029-30 at Company’s 40th Annual General meeting held on 29th September 2025. The Company deeply acknowledges the valuable services rendered by late Mr. Ashok Patel during his tenure. Consequently, due to this unfortunate event, the Board will take necessary steps to appoint a new Secretarial Auditor, and the same shall be duly intimated to the Exchange in due course.
