The year was one of strategic transformation and disciplined execution. Despite operating in a dynamic business environment, your Company remained firmly anchored in its core strengths while pursuing sustainable growth with clarity and prudence. A defining milestone during the year was the change in the Company's name from Expo Gas Containers Limited to Expo Engineering and Projects Limited, effective from July 21, 2025. This marks far more than a change in identity—it represents the evolution of our business and our strategic vision for the future. Over the years, we have transformed from a manufacturer of gas containers into a diversified engineering company offering comprehensive Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), process equipment manufacturing, on-site engineering, and maintenance solutions across multiple industrial sectors. Our new identity reflects the breadth of our capabilities, our expanding service portfolio, and our aspiration to emerge as a leading engineering solutions provider with a strong national presence. Financially, FY 2025–26 was a challenging year for the Company. Revenue for the year stood at ₹ 68.23 crore, compared with ₹114.74 crore in FY 2024–25, while Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹1.93 crore. Although these results reflect a temporary moderation in performance, they also underscore our resilience in navigating a demanding market environment. Our strong project management capabilities enabled us to consistently improve execution efficiency and maintain high standards of quality and timely delivery. Our revenue during the year remained well diversified, with storage tanks, pressure vessels, and process columns continuing to form the backbone of our order book and business portfolio. These core competencies, strengthened by decades of engineering expertise, continue to position us as a trusted partner for complex industrial projects. We concluded the year with a healthy order book of ₹94Crore, providing strong visibility for the coming financial year. We are particularly pleased to share that your Company has recently secured a major order worth ₹44 crore from ONGC, further reinforcing the confidence that leading customers place in our engineering capabilities. In addition, we have emerged as the L1 bidder for several competitive tenders, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities for future growth. Going forward, our focus will remain on enhancing execution capabilities, adopting advanced technologies, and expanding into high-growth sectors such as green hydrogen, renewable energy, and next-generation process infrastructure. Our geographical footprint continued to expand during the year, with significant project execution across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha, Assam, Rajasthan, and Ladakh. We are proud to have partnered with leading organizations including Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Reliance Industries Limited, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), and several other marquee clients. Their continued confidence reflects our reputation for delivering mission-critical engineering projects with reliability, quality, and technical excellence. At the heart of our operations is our state-of-the-art integrated manufacturing facility at Murbad, Thane, which continues to serve as a cornerstone of our manufacturing excellence. We have continued to invest in advanced fabrication technologies, including modern welding systems and CNC profile cutting equipment, enabling us to undertake increasingly sophisticated and larger-scale projects. These investments strengthen our competitiveness and enhance our ability to serve the evolving needs of the oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, renewable energy, and gree [Showing first 8,000 characters — download PDF for full document]
